Shipping and Return Policy

INVENTORY

The online store does not necessarily reflect the actual in-store or at-hand inventory. If you would like to know if the firearm or product is on stock at our store, please call our store at 732-987-6990 or e-mail us at [email protected]

Please understand that some products, like SafeLife Defense bulletproof vest, require between 4 to 10 weeks to be delivered to us, since they are manufactured until they are ordered.

We have a Shipping and Handling of 3 to 7 business days. Some items might be out-of-stock or back-ordered. If an order is considered to take more than 7 days to be shipped, our staff will contact you, and give you the option to cancel or continue with the order.

SHIPPING

All items with the exception of Ammunition will be shipped via USPS (Ammunition will be shipped using Fed-Ex ground). Some high-value products might require signature confirmation.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. WeShoot will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or a full refund on all non-firearm products found defective upon receipt. WeShoot will not claim any responsibility for items damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, Users need to file a claim with the carrier. If you receive a defective item, please fill out the Return Order Form on our website immediately, or you can also e-mail us at [email protected] Once your return is approved, and the product is under warranty, we will provide you with a return label; otherwise, the customer must ship the product back to us, with a print copy of the Return Authorization.

VERY IMPORTANT- FIREARM RETURNS!!

All Firearms, ammunition and restricted items related sales will comply with all Federal and State laws and regulations. 

Firearms can only be shipped to a valid FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee), or can be picked up at the store, as long as proper documentation is in order.  You can find your nearest FFL at https://www.fflscope.com/

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. ALL FIREARMS ARE C0NSIDERED FINAL! Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees or NICS fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEFECTIVE FIREARMS DIRECTLY TO WESHOOT. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to REPLACE THE FIREARM, THE REPLACEMENT FIREARM MUST BE TRANSFER THROUGH YOUR LOCAL FFL DEALER  to document the replacement firearm serial number and in the case of PISTOLS, a GUN PURCHASE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED (on States that require Gun Purchase Permits for handguns).

 

AMMUNITION

We restrict the sale of ammunition to customers that meet the legal age restrictions and send proof of valid picture ID, and have a Firearms Purchase ID card. We reserve the right to refuse to ship ammunition and restricted items for any reason.   ID and shipping address must match.

For Pistol ammunition, customer must be at least 21 years or older.

For Rifle or Shotgun (Long Guns), customer must be at least 18 years or older.

All ammunition and restricted items sales are FINAL!

NOTICE

Parabellum Sporting Goods LLC is a Federal and State Firearms Dealer (FFL / SFL). All Federal, State and Local laws and restrictions will be enforced, no exceptions will be made.

We refuse the right to deny our services to anyone, for any reason, at any given time.
